About Me

Obiajulu (Obii) Amarachi Udemgba is a multi-faceted aspiring architect and artist with experience and interests spanning several fields. This includes, but is not limited to Poetry Writing with Poetry in Voice’s Futureverse, contributions towards the field of architecture as an Architectural Office Assistant with RBM Architecture, and success as a Provincial Bronze Medalist with Canadian Parents for French’s Concours d’art oratoire.

Initiatives

Lead Organizer of the 2022 IWS Spring Bottle Drive

In collaboration with the International Women of Saskatoon, I led a Spring Bottle Drive, in May of 2022, with my friends, raising over $500 which went towards supporting newcomer families in the Saskatoon community.

Founder of Kicks4Kids (Fundraiser)

With the kind support of The Bridge, Saskatoon, I created Kicks4Kids, a local fundraiser to collect shoe donations from across the Saskatoon area, for students in the 2023-2024 school year.

President of Walter Murray Collegiate's Aviation Club

The 2022 Spring Bottle Drive

In 2022, I received the honor of becoming Plan International Canada’s Changemaker of the Month, due to my work on the 2022 Spring Bottle Drive.

Kicks4Kids (Promotional Image)

From June 2023 until September 2023, I co-organized and led an initiative called “Kicks4Kids,” with my friends Audrey O. and Jedidier I. in order to collect shoe donations from across the Saskatoon area to provide to underserved youth for the 2023-2024 school year.

The WMC Aviation Club

The WMC Aviation Club is a school group with a focus on everything related to aviation, travel, and democratic endeavors! I created it in 2022, with the support of the Walter Murray Collegiate faculty, and the club officially came into effect in September 2023.
